Vintage "Made in W. Germany" by WALBORG petit point purse. Some refer to this as tapestry. The purse is a beautiful floral pattern of roses and green leaf foliage set on an off white background. The clasp, chain and frame appear to be tortoise Lucite. I would date this purse to the 1940's. The interior is lined in beige faille which is in beautiful and clean condition. The only flaw I can find is the minor discoloration around 2 of the bottom brass feet on the bottom of the purse, hence the near mint rating as this does not show at all.
